The factor by which prior binding to GTP changes the affinity of Gpa1 for Ste4:Ste18.
Kd_Gpa1GTP_Ste4Ste18 = GTP_modulating_factor * Kd_Gpa1GDP_Ste4Ste18
GTP_modulating_factor > 1 means that Gpa1(GDP) binds Ste4:Ste18 more strongly than Gpa1(GTP).
