The factor by which singly phosphorylated Ste11 phoshphorylates Ste7 more slowly than fully active (doubly or triply phosphorylated) Ste11 does.

Ste11_pS_only_PO4_factor > 1 means that singly phosphorylated Ste11 phosphorylates Ste7 more slowly than fully active Ste11.
